Everyone loves and is crazy about eating chocolate, but, highly more than loved the chocolate cake and if we talk about chocolate cake so yes, here only the name we thought is, Super moist chocolate cake, is really making so simple and easy. This chocolate we feel a bar of good chocolate, although dark and rich taste actually. I made this moist chocolate is very simple and riches in a very short time, even without using the oven and eggs, it means this moist chocolate cake is absolutely Eggless and, the taste just divine. So let's have a look and of course read this cake recipe which we made quick and tasty.
* Preheat the vessel/Kadai/Pressure Cooker/Oven/Otg on low flame/@180 c for 10 mins.
* Grease the 6-inch cake tin with oil and line up with parchment paper/ dust it dry flour and coat well.
* Take a mixing bowl.
Ingredients-
Wet Ingredients-
* Cooking Oil - 1/4 Cup
* Fresh Curd - 1/3 Cup
* Vanilla Essence - 1 Tsp
Dry Ingredients-
* All-Purpose Flour - 1 Cup (250 ml)
* Powder Sugar - 2/3 Cup
* Cocoa Powder - 1/4 Cup
* Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
* Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp
* Mix them together with the cut & fold method.
* Milk - 3/4 Cup
* Mix it gradually and make a smooth and lump-free batter.
* Pour it prepared greased cake tin and tap it twice to remove air bubbles.
* Bake it for 35-40 mins in preheated vessel/Kadai/Cooker, on low flame/ Oven/Otg @180 c 30-35 mins or until toothpick comes out completely dry & clean.
* Check it and allow it to cool down completely.
Chocolate Ganache-
* Dark Compound Chocolate - 100 gram (1 brick)
* Milk - 1/4 Cup (to make our ganache flowing consistency)
* Fresh Home cream - 2 Tbsp (to make ganache thick)
* Butter - 1 Tsp (to make ganache shine and give a good taste of it)
Method-
* Chopped chocolate into pieces. put it, in the glass mixing bowl,
* Take a bowl, and pour some hot water.
* Place chocolate bowl on it and melted the chocolate with the double boiler method.
* After melting the chocolate, add milk and mix it well, add cream and mix it well.
* Finally, add butter to it and mix until the smoothie thick consistency.
* Keep aside for 5 mins.
* Demold the cake sponge the tin and place it on the wire rack (turn from the top side).
* Pour chocolate ganache and collect pouring chocolate in a place (put it on a wire rack).
* Decorate with Choco chips and colorful sugar balls.
