If someone thinks in the morning, a day should start with the good thing, although I’m signaling here for a cakey & fudgy Chocolate Walnut Brownie, Yes! Start a day with a tasty brownie is just a day ahead to boost up your all-day routines.
Today I am
going to share a very delicious and of course all favorite Chocolate Walnut Brownie.
I have made this brownie without using eggs, an oven, and a double boiling method or the
microwave to melt our chocolate which is generally used in all brownie recipes.

Chocolate
Walnut Brownie Ingredients- Used ingredients are also mentioned in grams.
Dark
compound chocolate – 50 gms/1/4 cup
Butter –
50 gms/ 1/4 cup
Powder sugar
– 85 gms/ 1/2 cups
Flour –
130 gms/ 1 cup
Cocoa powder
– 20-22 gms/ 3 tbsp
Baking
powder – 1/2 tsp
Vanilla
extract – 1 tsp
Walnuts –
handful and chopped
Butter paper
(I used Eco butter paper for hash free greasing the tin)
Cake tin 6-inch Squares (Making for 4 big bite pieces)
CHOCOLATE
SAUCE:-
Dark
compound chocolate - 1/4 cup (More than 1/2 cup too)
Milk (Warm)
- 2-3 tbsp (Leave it for 5 mins or microwave for 30 sec)
Preparation for baking -
First, Preheat the vessel for 10 mins put keep the wire stand into the vessel/cooker/kadhai, and cover it on slow flame.
Before making the brownies better, let's ready the cake tin, However, Brownies always bake in the
square tin, but it’s not mandatory can you use a round cake tin for brownies. I’m
using 6-inch square cake tin and it's a very small tin that can be used 7*7 and 8*8
cake tin too. Cut the butter paper as per cake tin size and line I the cake, in the case, don’t have butter paper so grease some cooking oil or butter in the cake
tin and dust with the plain flour to make cake tin non-stick. Both options work to the brownies/cakes de-mold easily. Keep aside.
Making
Chocolate Walnut Brownies-
Here I’m
measuring all ingredients in the grams too, so I take weigh scale to weigh the
brownies ingredients in grams.
Switch on
the scale and put the mixing bowl, weigh the bowl, and tare it on 0. Add 50
grams dark compound chocolate and measure it, add the same quantity of salted butter
50 grams (Can be used unsalted butter instead of salted butter).
Remove from the bowl
from the scale, and add warm milk ½ cup In cups 125 ml, leave it for 5 mins for
melting chocolate and butter softly.
After 5 mins
mix it with the whisker well.
Now add 85 grams, Powder sugar ½ cup, mix it until the sugar dissolved, and after that add 1 tsp
vanilla essence.
Put a sieve in
the mixing bowl and add 130 gm all-purpose flour, 20-25 grams cocoa powder, ½ tsp
baking powder. Shift it well to remove lumps.
Mix wet and
dry ingredients with the spatula in one direction of the cut & fold method. Mix
everything very well (do not mix hard hand or fast speed, otherwise, brownie makes
hard)
Add ½ cup
milk mix it, add milk gradually and make a smooth & lump-free batter.
I’m adding
some chopped walnuts.
Pour the batter
into the prepared mold. Tap it twice.
Sprinkle some
walnuts on the better tops for looks more attractive the brownie.
Place the
mold in the preheated vessel and cover it fast. Baked it for 40 -45 mins or
until the toothpick comes out clean.
Remove it
from the vessel and allow it to cool down.
Chocolate
Syrup
Take a
mixing bowl.
Add ¼ cup
chopped dark compound chocolate and add 2 tbsp hot milk, leave it for a while.
After some time,
chocolate gets melted well. Can be microwaved for 30 secs to fast melt the
chocolate.
Our chocolate
walnut brownies are ready to serve.
Cut in the
slice as your choice and pour chocolate syrup on the brownie pieces.
