Zebra Cake Without Egg, Oven, Butter, Beater | Chocolate & Vanilla Cake l Eggless, Without Oven Cake Recipe
Chocolate Zebra Cake/Marble Cake - Without Oven- Eggless
Ingredients-
Oil- 1/3 cup
Curd- 1/4 Cup
Condensed milk- 1/4 Cup
Powder sugar- 1/3 Cup
Vanilla essence- 1 Tsp
* Mix them specula with cut & fold method to make the smooth and lump-free batter.
Add Milk - 1/2 + 1 Tbsp
* Add gradually and mix it slowly, remember batter consistency will be slightly flowing, and like ribbon consistency.
* Divide the batter into 2 equal portions.
* Mix it well with a spatula to cut & fold method (Slowly).
* Add 1 tsp milk to adjust the consistency flowier comparison to the first rest batter. Mix it well with a soft hand.
*Our both are battered ready.
*Take a greased 6-inch cake tin lined with parchment paper or dusted with dry flour (Instead of baking paper).
* Take 2 equal size spoons or cup measuring, to pour our batter in the cake tin.
* Now pour the equal amount of both batter one by one (Start with white vanilla batter) in the center of the cake tin, after that chocolate batter.
* Repeat these steps till both batters are completely in the cake tin.
* Batter looks like a zebra shade with these steps.
* To make our effective and beautiful batter, take a toothpick and make a pattern (shown in the video) like this.
* Make sure the toothpick to clean every time after making lines.
* Now time to bake our zebra cake.
* Bake the cake in preheated Oven/OTG for 35-40 mins at 180c or the toothpick comes out clean. Preheated Vessel/Kadai/Pressure Cooker (Remove whistle and gasket) for 40-45 mins or the toothpick comes out clean.
*Before serving the cake, apply cool from the baking temperature.
* Enjoy this cake with tea and coffee and any occasion.
