5 Minutes Chocolate Cake- In Microwave Ingredients- Dry Ingredients- All-purpose flour (Maida)- 1+1/4 Cup Icing sugar - 2/3 Cup Dark cocoa powder - 2 Tbsp Baking powder - 1 Tsp Baking soda - 1/2 Tsp Iodised salt - 1/8 Tsp (2 pinches)
Wet Ingredients-
Oil - 1/3 Cup
Fresh Curd - 1/2 Cup
Vanilla essence - 1 Tsp
Milk - 3/4 Cup
Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix with the spatula to cut & fold method, set the better consistency shown as per video and pour the cake batter in a grease cake tin and bake the cake in a microwave convection oven for high-heat for 5 minutes.
Allow to cool down completely and decorates as per choice.
Decorate with the following chocolate ganache-
Chocolate Ganache-
In a microwave-safe mixing bowl take
130 gm dark chocolate compound
70 gm homes heavy-cream
Microwave for 30 seconds
Mix it well
Add 2 Tbsp lukewarm milk Mix gently
Now add 1 tsp butter (it's completely optional)
Let it cool down and set for more thickness.
Pour chocolate ganache on top of your 5-minute cake and enjoy it.
